    My agent sold my home for 20k less that what she told me she could easily get and then got her 10k cut of it. So I call BS.

      Hello Saiya - I was really interested to read your comment. Obviously I don't know the circumstances here, but it sounds as if the agent over valued your home to get the instruction (a tactic which I hate) or quite frankly your agent really let you down.
