The "Emergency" is being planned and worked on. The Republicans are already starting to make claims about the Cartels planning on sending drones at the USA Boarder Patrol. There are other irons in the fire that they have in case that doesnt work. But Martial Law will be started on the boarder and then spread across the USA. That way the dictator no longer needs to run for office.
