I think there’s an important clarification to make. Some people are misinterpreting mph and Kmh (don’t make that mistake) But apparently I’m not sure exactly when, but around 2 months ago rockstar changed the measurement or something because I used to be able to hit 200mph but after since last month, I’ve been getting around 450 MPH… Does anyone know anything about that? Like a background patch or something?

I got it up to 318.5 mph, quite a few times, on the freeway.
You might be thinking of KM/H. 184 MPH is 297 KM/H. So, if you got to 237 MPH, which is close enough to some numbers others are talking about, that would be 318.5 KM/H.

I got to 400 in the Vigero😂 and I still got 2nd place idk if it was a glitch or what

Somewhat true. You get a tiny speed boost when driving in Blaine County for some reason. Or a speed reduction when driving in Los Santos. Whichever way you wanna look at it.
@LieutenantLJW people always go to airport makes no sense go to the highway near the casino and drive to the top of the map

There's no traffic in LSIA. I'd suggest Trevor's air strip by Sandy Shores for the speed boost of Blaine County, length, and lack of traffic of LSIA @Just-Michael-NL
