Sadly there are many bad brands on the market and as soon as some of these go onto platforms such as Lazada, shopee, eBay, amazon, they get taken off. I suggest going to a platform and looking at the reviews. I just went onto Amazon and can see a few with good reviews and no suspect good and bad (we know about the restrictions and false reviews which can happen)

Hi Westlee, I have paid for mine and used for several years paid, I find is so useful and it replaces my alarm clock as it detects the best time to wake you in your sleep cycle. It detects your snoring etc so you can listen to see how bad it is, it trends your data and you can link activities to your sleep eg drinking alcohol or exercise etc so you know if you had a bad night, it may be caused by the special activity. I would recommend, of all the money I spend on apps, this is one of my best purchases, no regrets.

@@ahsokatano8899 Hi If you go to add account, there is options to “set up manually “ there you can add the details of the onet mail smtp etc… you will need more details from onet mail but I think you can do it!! Give it a try, I havent done myself before. Alternative is to auto forward fro onet to one of the ones on the spark list.

@@worklife9261 Yea i did it with another mail interia by luck by imap but its seriously tricky Even if i put correct data from the email maker most email servers come up with wrong data or imap address and i seriously watched every yt video and searched half of google and still suck half way through i finaly understand what to put but the clients dont understand what im putting in

Hi it is ember 2, but an early 2. No idea if the later 2 has any improvements in battery etc. it is still working perfectly today, but the ceramic is totally gone from the base and lower sides. No impact to the drink.

Yes, Going for the metal ones was my next try but I was hoping they come out with 3.0 soon, it depends on their market strategy as more copies come to market. i want to see if they get rid of the contacts. Its not a cheap mug! I dont know if the metal ones are solid or just coated, if coated then the same issue may occur.

Ah yes i had this recent after an update, i think the system set up gets a bit “lost” its only a computer and thinks it knows everything based on its programming and codes, its not really logical. Try the make master, ie which homepod you want to hear response from, tap it and ask it a question eg hey siri what time is it. This will “recalibrate “ the system and hopefully this will resolve the issue. It should be just an occasional requirement, I suggest doing this after every ios update on any device be it the phone or HomePod. Siri system is still developing and improving!

Hi Krug MeUp -Yes they will pair to watch directly, just put devialet into pairing mode, go to watch Bluetooth settings and connect!! Very simple. No I’m not native although am PR, born in UK, hence the Strong British Accent😄

@@krugmeup2162 Yes confirmed anc functions normally and can be deactivated by long touch on earphone. Track forward and back works on earphones. From the watch, volume adjustment from crown and the advance forward and backward works as normal. Functions perfectly, all good 👍

@@worklife9261 champion. I want to use it for my walking so need it for traffic noise. Using Bose non anc now and it’s hopeless. Bose sound is also garbage. Spotify is also fake digital sound. Need something significantly more enjoyable

Hi Momo, just stick them in, they will take the last transparency or noise cancelling mode you had on. I also sometime have headphones on without music just to use the noise cancelling. If you put in ear and they are not in transparency mode. Just tap and hold until it activates. Now the main setup is important, what level of transparency or noise cancelling did you set? Go into the app with the earphones on and look at the bottom, you will see “Cancellation” “Neutral” and “Transparency”. You can tap any of them and set their level too (Except neutral……which is neutral). Remember Cancellation has 3 levels. Try according to your environment. Let me know if you need any additional help

Thanks for the link Momo, noise cancellation is becoming well characterised now, the only thing I look for now is the high pitch which makes some intolerable. The function which no company has got a handle on is pick up and background noise during calls. Aaron is good!! Thanks again for the link

I tried any.do a few years ago mainly for the todo feature and not for the calendar, the Omnifocus won hands down, I remember the calendar was just ok. Maybe time to try again as Im sure they have made many upgrades…… hopefully!

Hi Kevin, you make some great points, all newbies have teething problems and these are Devialets. Will they have more? Possibly, we only know when there is more usage. For me the selection was due to their Phantom technology with zero distortion and was hoping some of their tech would transfer to the gemini. Plus they are small, i dont like big and heavy because it transfers to strain on ear canal so they feel tired after long periods. The B&W PI7 look great on their own, but in ear, They stick out too much and the round bit is closer to the center of head which looks strange too. In my family we have. Jabra 75T, Bose, B&O E8 and so far I am happy with my devialet, small, great battery life, easy to use and quick access to disable anc when you need to. For my running Powerbeats Pro remain my favourite, I dont like the bands behind head as they move un and down when i run, most annoying! Call quality bis where I have yet to find a good headphone which doesnt pick up background nose and others talking, sometimes louder than yourself speaking!! I hope you find what you need, The B&W reviews look great, but the anc would be a pain to use, hopefully fixed in future software upgrade. This is important for safety on roads and also when you pay for shopping 😂

@@worklife9261 goods points on B&W thanks. Yes, another plus for me on the Geminis is the size and weight. I see your point with the head band. Jogging isn't my thing .. I have the body of a giant and the legs of a midget! So I tend to be more of a cyclist and the helmet makes the headband a non event for me.

Are you the Hulk? 😂 Thats why each headset is down to the individual, everyones ear is different so these in ear earphones are really hit or miss, based on these I now know my right ear canal is slightly bigger than my left 😱 I rotated the tips in case of manufacturing defect, but still the same, looser on my right ear. So I will try the foam comply tips soon which will help with more isolation, sweat resistance and absorb size differences.

Hi for me I’m still really happy with this earphone, the only test that remains for me is the calling and talking, I’ll do soon as our local lockdown is eased. So far its a nice headphone, easy to use, small, sound great and comfortable, used for 4hrs and no issues. What were the issues you hear about? I’m interested to know and check out. I verified the battery for spawn rider, mines fine.

They sound great. Not particularly airy, but way crisper than airpods pros which are laughably dull - even to my old ears

Well sadly whatever you use, its going to be a vicious circle of cleaning and staining. For white, the only way to get back to a bright white is to use bleach, but with a daily use, this is not recommended. I suggest just clean with soft cloth and live with the stain, knowing that you have cleaned it properly, sorry to bare bad news but i dont think there is any other way that I have found. Soda may also be acting as a micro abrasive, so your staining may get worse if you have introduced micro scratches.

Take care of it and you’ll be using it for longer, great that it’s working out for your drinks!!

Hi Spawn Rider, the firmware issues previously encountered was my concern too!! The company has paused their selling for 2 months to resolve. My previous request for pre-order was cancelled whilst they resolved this and a few other bugs. I can confirm the firmware was latest installed and no update required. Connection was very simple, only requirement was to ensure it was charged before connecting. Im pretty impressed and if i didnt read about the previous issues, I wouldnt have known and definitely no issues with my configuration. Using Latest IOS 14.6 on iphone 11. Used for 1 day so far and no issues. The RUclips videos before mine referring to connection and firmware should not be applicable, mine is the first delivery in Singapore since. Hope that helps!

Great question! I sometimes only use one earphone, Gemini has a master and slave set up (They dont mention that!), so you can only use the right earphone on its own (the master), or both together, you cannot use the left earphone on it own (the slave)………..But! There is a strange configuration I stumbled on and I did check with Devialet. If you connect both and you keep the box flipped open, you can use the left earphone on its own, but the moment you close the charging case, the left earphone will disconnect, SO, if you ran out of battery on the right, and only wanted to use the left, then you can, but only if you leave the charging case open. Strange, but it seems to work. It’s a small step better than other master and slave set up which just cannot use the left on its own. Hope that helps!
