What is the brand of the first demoed carrier please?
hey! the first one I pick up to show how it works with the insert is the Ergo All Position 360. The one I fully demo after that to show positioning and safety is the Mamaruga Zensling. Not sure if this is what you meant! do feel free to take a screenshot and DM me on FB or IG, might be easier! cheers
Walmart's website sells Ergobaby carriers and I was told by the company that they are not an authorized retailer.

Hey Ellie! Yes absolutely. You might want to bring the tails straight down, under the baby’s bum, cross there and tie at the back without spreading the fabric out for some good airflow!
