As a shopper, I’d say matterports 3D build is more pleasing to look at. Definitely catches your eye compared to a flat blueprint design. But for constructing, and similar numeric detail oriented jobs, iGuide is probably the better option. Both seem similar in virtual tour aspect. All real estate companies I was contracted by offered only matterport services and no other comparable. Seems more mainstream by larger companies. Probably due to it being easier to stay than change an entire system in a large company.

Just visited this property on 12/10/2022. The property referenced on this video, Map 073, Parcel no. 011.00 is not completely accurate. Unfortunately, the video shows parcels no. 010.00, 010.01, 010.02 & 010.03, that are the ones cleared. On this video (shown on 0:28 of 2:15) Parcel 011.00 is the one for sale and it is not flat, most of it a valley.

Hi, I am in a real estate marketing, and I am extremely curious about how you performed the first graphic with the zooming in google earth as well as the flowing lines on the roads and land itself. Did you copy and paste photos from google earth and then zoom in to create the effects? Did you use imovie for your editing?
