RIP to Toshio Nakanishi, the former leader of the Japanese new wave band Plastics, who passed away on February 25, 2017 due to a battle with esophageal cancer. He was 61 years old. 🙏🕊
最近知ったけど初期はドラマーいたらしいね 佐久間氏が当時よく聴いてたクラフトワークみたいにリズムボックス入れたらしっくりきたんでこのセンで行くことになったらしい

後にBOØWYやグレイをプロデュースする大物佐久間正英さんの踊りと言うか乗り方・振りがお茶目で可愛いんですが
I seen them on sctv jerry todd scetch when i was a kid...way ahead of their time...Pizacatto 5 got their influence im damn sure about that😊
I like the Plastics and even own one of their original analog Roland synths but they were not ahead of their time. Devo and B-52s were around for years before Plastics. Devo had been recording since 74 and playing shows since 75.
