I also don’t know the best solution. I journal and do my best to slow myself down when I notice I’m going into hyperdrive for no good reason haha. Hi. Finding friends outside of work is always hard and especially hard after Covid. Try joining a class at a gym or sign up for an art class/ dance class. I still have friends from Lilstreet (ravenswood) from over a decade ago. Old town school of music (also dance) might be good as well.
