It's better to create new account than to continue your old one. New created account have more freebies to catch up decent cp. However, if you wish to have 100m cp and up quite fast then you will have to spend fortune in this game. In which we did not recommend since this game is a heavy gocha game.

No. Please do not get discourage. I am an F2P player. I sometimes get discourage like you too because of those players that uses cash to boost their cp. But I am telling you, it's not all about cash and high cp. Most of them got 100m+ power but they are feeders, their toons stats were not solid enough in the battlefield. And the most important thing is, they were not skillfull/clever enough to at least prevent their team from loosing. If you can see my other videos of 3v3, most of our enemy have higher cp than my team. But we defeated them because my team talk to each other. Find solutions to at least gain kills. Also practice will help you a lot. Focus on building your pvp stats.

Oh.. Netmarble says it's to reduce players fatigue in farming and so they can catch up from high lv players. Specially now that the maxed lv is 650.
