Kellogs Rice Krispies UK TV Advert c 1969- the 12 year old girl actress is Angela Oldfield who was 14 years old when the ad was filmed in London.
Always had the hots for Patricia Noble. Ever since her role in Rockford Files
How nice to see Peacock again. All at sea, as usual.
Red Sands Towers . . the home of Radio 390.
No one says no to John Drake.
Unlikely
I remember this episode from when on TV in New Zealand a lifetime ago. A great series.
A definite nod to Radio Caroline.
Is that Radio Caroline Timaru?
?? Not a "nod" to Caroline. There were quite a lot of Pirate Stations transmitting between 1964-1967. . This was made in 1966 while it was the home of easy-listening music - Radio 390. . Radio London BigL was the best, most popular & most successful.

Peace is a flower That grows in the sunshine Its petals are raised to the sky Peace is harmony, Love and understanding Oh why can’t we have peace all the time? Peace is a bird That hangs on the breeze watching the world hurry by Peace is purity, Faith and inspiraton Oh why can’t we have peace all the time? Is something there’s not too plenty of And time is governed By the almighty up above Peace is a flower That grows in the sunshine its petals are raised to the sky, to the sky Oh Lord, to the sky Oh yes, to the sky
Just watch the film called live it up today it was very informative 😂😢
Very enjoyable. Thank you for sharing.
Wilfred Lawson (Corrigan) appeared in the film Hell Drivers (1957) along with Patrick McGoohan and a host of to be stars of film and tv.
Loved it - THE GUNTOWERS RED SANDS - Patric Mcgoohan - BEST WISHES FROM COLIN DALE RADIO SUTCH 1964 - We were on Shivering Sands - Wot fun we had Me COLIN DALE- David Sutch - Reg Calvert - Brian Paul - Plus the girls - catch me on COLIN DALE RADIO SUTCH - cheers.
What on earth are well-respected actors like Wilfred Lawson and Lisa Daniely doing in hokum like this? What a waste of their talent.
Wilfred Lawson use to play a penny whistle and seemed quite happy.........also 45 second part wanting to eat his pet rabbit.....eeee goes down a treat with potatoes it does
McGoohan wasn't a respected actor?
Most actors spend most of their careers wasting their talents. That's the gig, when you're an actor. Hate to burst your bubble, but that's what the people want, and whether you like it or not, you're a people.
@@jayrox40 Orson Wells would argue that.
Most actors take the jobs they are offered, mostly regardless of the script. People who say "oh, no, it would be a waste of my talent!" tend to suffer from hunger and poverty . . .
а хули немцы пишут)))))))))))))
Огонь!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! обожая ее)
The white Caeser Chavez! This is hilarious. I can imagine HEINZ picking cotton with Duane Eddy
i mean Eddy Cochran.... right?
great episode! loved seeing mcgoohan with his spy radio. loved seeing the DJ pirate radio 🏴☠🎙
This song was sung by Peter Hallett
Yes but written by Peter Gosling
The best episode of "Dangerman". Filmed on Red Sand Towers in the Thames Estuary. A former Artillery fort of the second World War. Designed by Guy Maunsell, a Naval Architect, built in Gravesend, and towed to the Estuary by tugs, lowered onto the sand banks in proper sequence with guns aimed at the enemy, and connected by walkways After the War, they were more or less abandoned, and occupied by radio Pirates like like Radio Sutch, (Shivering Sands), and Radio City),Red Sands. They were were prosecuted under the Wireless Telegraphy Act after Territorial limits were re defined. The Naval Forts survived like Knock John as they were deemed to be in International Waters.
And my Dad was the Fort Manager at the time, and we have loads of stuff about this episode, all the hotel bills, insurance, actor's autographs etc. My dad helped with the coordination of the filming and getting the whole filming operation done in safety.
This one was I believe filmed on Radio 390. There is a thank you to their directors in the credits
@@adamant5419 Keep hold of that lot, priceless stuff.
@@geoffrogers1078 Yes, Red Sands Towers, still out there and in some sort of preservation by Project Red Sands. Neighbouring Shivering Sands is also there, minus one tower which was knocked down by a ship in the fifties, I think a caretaker was killed. Go to Herne Bay and see these ghostly structures in the distance. There was a firm, Bayblast I think, taking people out there on a RHIB, I did it once, got wet even though they supply overalls.
I will do! I want to compile a book of all this material so if you get bored, I need a hand!@@skellertons113
Same location as Fury from the Deep, apparently
This episode is a masterclass in using diegetic music.
Yeah! Johnny Drake will not be programmed!!! Freeform radio!!!
Excellent song and nice little video. Heinz Burt was a character.👍I’ve subscribed 👍 check out some of my rock n roll original slideshows - my covers. ruclips.net/video/mjG_2eSPPtQ/видео.html
That's all false. It wasn't recorded anything like that.
In 2:48 time see dancing the Lindy Hop> The youth took dancing seriously back then
Wie heißt der Film? Das sind doch Filmausschnitte.
le titre du film ou on peux voir ce passage et le non de la blonde
seen Heinz sing this live and it was all Heinz singing and did a few Eddie Cochran songs, brilliant.
Who is singing? It’s much better than the original vocal.
The "Just Like Eddie" part is sung by an Anglo-German named "Heinz". The "C'mon Everybody" part is Eddy Cochran
@@racheter1951 Partly true. The whole song was performed by Heinz Burt. Geoff Goddard who composed the song was very clever in his lyrics as it was a tribute song to Eddie C.
Love it - Heinz & Eddie Cochran. Another one taken to young.
Heinz died at 57
