I’d once have assumed TN-C-S unless the test results proved otherwise, now I’d be a little more circumspect. It still depends on the numbers, and most likely it was TN-S once if it isn’t still.

Never assume, in my experience, that could be TN-S or a link is in it to make it TN-C-S. If the MET is exposed from the head, then more than likely, it was a TN-S at some point. If we test, then we will find out.

This appears to be starting to fail replacement may be needed or it could be checked again at a later date to see if it’s getting worse. It really depends however I would guess it would probably be type ac as they have to be quite old to start drifting so it probably would need replacement anyway

I don’t know if it’s just me but the gas looks like at the bottom that it is copper but has been covered in plastic but putting a bond on a plastic pipe is not the worst idea. It’s unlikely Pacific was to ever be replaced for metal is already there and secured, so it doesn’t get cut off by people thinking it’s not necessary.
