bjs Opened a new store close by. I joined and the manager spent 20 minutes telling me all about the benefits and explaining the website and phone app. I was impressed with his dedication so I decided to contact bjs and give him a compliment. I got people in India who I couldnt understand due to the heavy accent. I asked for someone in the USA they refused. I hung up and went online to bjs customer service now with a complaint about the Indian customer non service and not being able to talk to an American. I sent the e mail and got a response that they would get back to me in 72 hours. After the 72 hours I got the same message again and again and again. After 20 days I went back to bjs and handed the manager my card and said keep it. If this is how they handle things when I at first wanted to compliment an employee then how would they handle a problem. I also replied to the 72 hour e mail to take a hike. I never heard back from them. Stay away from them !
