The man sitting at 10:19 was the President of the Church Council ( and my father's older brother ), George Miller ( Melonas ) from Harvey. IL, who was also later Governor of the Blue Ribbon District of AHEPA in Chicaoo!

The woman in black behind Fr Glynos was Kyria Flamboura, the first teacher at Plutarchos School at St Spyridon. I Flambourina, as she was known, was very strict and weilded a mean ruler across the palms of any student who misbehaved.

The priest chanting on the far left is Fr Glynos, who later left the priesthood and settled in Indiana where he and his wife ran a religious artifacts store near St Mary's Roman Catholic school by Notre Dame.

At 6:38 there is a photo of my Maternal Grandfather, Peter K Athens ( Panagiotis Konstantinos Thanasoulas ), who was President of the church and a great benefactor who donated lots of money to renovate the church. He has white hair, is tall and handsome standing on the left. Grandpa was born in 1890 in Bartzeli in Elis and came to the States on the ss Eugenia. He eventually settled in Harvey, IL.

My maternal Grandfather, Panagiotis Konstantinos Thanasoulas was President of the church in the 1950s ( and my uncle George Peter Miller ( Melonas ) was President in the 60s. Grandpa oversaw the renovation to the church when it was in Pullman. We were the Harvey families: Athens ( Thanasoulas ), Miller ( Melonas ), Pochos, Fraggos, Thomas, Chiakis, Benos and many others.
