What’s the purpose of a compass 14’ from the helm?
USCG requirement you have one? Gives the helmsman a visual reference of the centerline, since he cannot see the bow from the helm chair.

I'm a captain of a Merritt. Seriously. This. Is one bad ass monster. She rides hull up. Slicing the waves. Destroying them. Rybo doesn't make boats. They make unique one at a time legends of the blue
I know old comment, but i got to fish a 42' Merritt . it was around a 1981 model. thing rode absolutely incredibly!

It's a custom boat, made the way the owner exactly wants it. By the way, a 78ft 50mph monster she is.

Rybovich sure knows how to build a yacht, that's beyond belief for a vessel of that size. Amazing Sportfisherman isn't saying enough. A fine vessel.
