This is basically a Mexican Wave but for people who can do standing tuck back somosaults. A bit of fun at the end of the session and a great way to use up whatever energy you have left. Next week i think we need to get some of the girls involved. I did 16 but congratulatoins to Aiden who hit 18 and won the day. This is real HIIT training!!

Hahaha yes mate glad you enjoyed! Next time I will think of you if I try to do something like this. There are a few different types and companies that do them so maybe we can try a few of them? Either way we still have the 3 peaks to do 🗻🏔🗻

new guys don't aim for 12 months as you may fail purely on not having enough skill experience. several people failed this year due to that.

Hey dude. Just wondering if you managed to complete your training within 12 months. I'm only starting out and giving myself 2 years (which I've been told is not a lot of time). They are also changing the requirements, but hopefully not to much. Any advice you could give me would be massively appreciated. How many hours did you work per week and did you manage to fit in training around this? Anyway - hopefully hear back from you. Thanks

Hey man,really enjoying your videos, very interesting and informative. I am a 21 year actor in Bath and i have recently been thinking of pursuing the same goal, with a longer time limit though . I will be moving in to London in next year and my number 1 plan is to pursue the stunt register at the moment, even though i am also considering fight choreography teaching. Was wondering if you can answer a few questions about all this. How did you go about choosing the six skills, what's the cost of training for each one and would the training require someone's entire time(need to work to get by for example)? These are my main questions, would really appreciate a response as this is quite overwhelming at the moment haha.
