i discovered this song in 2014, i think. or 2013? i used to listen to it, looking out from my first floor window in that house in Indonesia. As it rained, and often i sipped a cup of coffee on a weekend. the lush green yards of all the row houses, the grey skies, the quiet of the neighbourhood. 11 years have passed since, and i come to listen to this every now and then. i lived and moved to many a rainy places since. some tropical, some up north. time changed, oh many things, and everything in a way. except for the melancholy peace and the glimmer of hope and joy this piece is. hope to hug my loved ones and listen to it.. for many more decades to come.
