You should try to play in optimize settings and turn on ati analysing in fsr 3

@@furix-treme9904 I tested out dsr with fsr yesterday and it seemed to have reduced heavily that pixilation now it only appears on really small objects and it's barely noticeable, first I was afraid that I was running out of VRAM but I was only using 5.2GB but there is definitely a little cpu bottleneck because the usage is almost 100% in some places while the gpu usage is around 70% in most places but a few places actually use 100% but I have to say that I am capping my fps at 75 which is my monitor's refresh rate so maybe that's why the gpu is low in some places while high in others.
