I'm really frustrated with this software! Where can I get some good training? Their support documentation is really sad and unhelpful. And, while this video was nice, NONE of the menu options you used are the same as what I'm seeing on my version of MySewNet. And I am not a newbie to design software, either. I'm a web designer and I use Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

When you hit the yellow tab, how do you turn things off [ constraint. Size 5, constraint free etc) and to add nodes

So nice to have a mac video! I have a Brother embroidery machine and can't find a save as so I can save my file to a format my machine can read. Any words of wisdom?

Very helpful. thanks so much. Our local classes (although high quality) only focus on PCs, and I'm all apple/mac/ios. Hunting for the subsequent Mac Mysewnet videos you referenced but no luck locating those.

My question. Can I still use my premier plus ultra, if I have installed the mysewnet software. Also, can I open my existing embroidery files on my hard drive and on any storage sticks that I already have?

Don't forget. If you need to know which is which for the Magnification, there are lines on the lens bar 1=1.25x, 2=1.5x, and 3=2x

Hi Stephanie. I watched this video because it was for those of us who only use Mac. You said at the end you would do lesson number 2 on letters. I saw a lesson 2 Letter Tab but it was for a PC. Where do I find your Mac tutorials? I've looked and looked for them but to no avail. I really enjoyed this video but the others are too confusing because as you know my Mac screen looks different than the PC screen. I've become frustrated because I start watching a tutorial only to discover it is for PC users. If you did make the Mac tutorials, I hope you put Mac in the title so time isn't wasted. Thanks!

Hi Stephanie, thank you so much for all your videos, it’s amazing what I can do now after watching your explanations🙏🏻. I’m on a Mac, at one point you say the typing is like in word. But on a Mac I can not find how I can put words under each other, enter on the Mac is apply, with writing in Letter, and with using the space bar the cursor wouldn’t go to the next line. Do you know how that works for a Mac? If else I’ll find an other way. Thank you again for all your mysewnet lessons 😁
