Looks and sounds like the SP is dynamic braking to help notch up the SD24 into Run 8; what an awesome video!
If you did not know SP 1518 was the first SD unit ever built it was the EMD Demonstrator Model that toured the Country. When that was over it was repainted into SP Black Widow Scheme and sold to them. UP realized the historic significance of this unit and stored it at Cheyenne for several years for safe keeping. Many museums wanted it but IRM has an excellent reputation so they donated it to them. Plus they also interchange with UP I heard that when it was delivered by the UP it had a full tank of fuel in it. Oddly enough IRM owns the first GP unit ever built that has the same #1518 which was built for C&NW
CRPULSE300, the grain train's leading locomotives are CP AC44CW #8568 and CP ES44AC #8764. They were built in 1998 and 2006 respectively. Also this is the former Milwaukee Road thoroughfare through Chicago's western suburbs.

A really Amazing catch! I went to the IRYM on June 15, 2014, and saw the C&NW RSD5 and 9911, but not 411! Someone at the IRYM also said they were getting ANOTHER locomotive (which turned out to be UP 1848, which arrived a month later)
