I lost 50 lb in 2 weeks from just fasting and praying.... Don't eat for 3 days you will lose 10 to 20 lb. Very easy to do you will have energy a lot a lot of energy. I have 4 daughters. And I work everyday of the week.

I lost 18 kgs / 39 lbs doing OMAD paired with NEAT and resistance training, WHICH IS A MUST. No specific cardio was done. Not doing OMAD atm, but kept up with NEAT and still doing resistance training. Found micro bouts work out better for me - then any multiple sets that last 10's of mins. Never give up. ** Thank you for uploading and sharing your experience.

Only thing this video didn't talk about that is important is both each individuals genetics, and the importance of rest days. Other than that excellent video.
Thanks for the feedback! Agreed rest days are key and certainly genetics play a part. However I will say that I told myself for 15+ years that genetics were why I’d never have a 6 pack…
This is egregiously over complicated for no reason, not to mention that it's only ever going to be moderately successful because it's not training the muscle correctly, and because the dietary recommendations are ridiculous.

@@thekettlebellguys Alternatively you're lying, and used other methods but are peddling the "simple" one for views because people love to take the easy way out and will click on something they think may bring easy results. I certainly hope that's not true, because that kind of thing is why my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology is effectively useless.
What I shared in this video is 100% truth, my friend. You can believe it or be cynical, that's up to you. I've been an entrepreneur in the fitness space for 11 years. Other people lying and peddling is not why your degree is useless

A lot of things will work if you’re consistent with what you do. I see this being another positive thing. But how does this translate to real work fitness like being able to move your body through space, pulling yourself up onto or over something, etc.? I believe we should train with how we’re built to move.
The Turkish Getup is the ultimate functional exercise. And kettlebell swings develop amazing pulling power and grip strength. At the end of the day, if you have very specific pulling needs, you may need to do more specific work. For most people and the daily activities that we do, these 2 exercises will cover 99% of any functional movement needs you have! Thank you for watching and for the feedback!

Michelle and I are still swinging bells thanks to skills you taught us at CPG. 100% agree about getting that identity mindset and what you want to become vs just wanting to lose weight or be fit. I want to be a strong healthy dad for my kids and that is my motivation, that’s what gets me working out 3 to 4 times a week. And kettlebells are way more fun and make you feel badass too.
