I think one of the things I love about our world is that no matter what happens, life will still find ways to thrive. Even in the wake of things like natural disasters, climate change, loss and grief, depression- the world and the life is has will find ways to be resilient and continue on. In the aftermath of a forest fire, the trees will return green again or new ones will grow from the remains of the old. Moss will cover the ground and fungi will ever so slowly break it all back down to the basics. People struggle and find ways to thrive even in places we shouldn't. For all we may lose, life in this world will carry on.

Dear Anthea, I have been following you since ETG, being half Swedish watching your journey in the Swedish countryside warms my heart. I remember taking trips to see the family and going mushroom picking was a favourite for my mother. Since her passing we keep her spirit alive and continue to go mushroom picking in the forest. Seeing your beautiful mushrooms made me cry as so special and such a huge meaning for me. I cannot wait to see more of your journey in the amazing country we are so blessed to be allowed to be part of and look after 🤗

Greetings from Corvallis, Oregon, USA. Last month we pressed and canned 110 liters of apple juice from three different trees in our backyard from an apple grinder/press I made from a kit some 40 years ago. Putting a motor on the grinder made all the difference in the world!
