Living a 20 year old dream.
Dave enjoys hiking new trails and exploring our world.
Lisa loves the company of dogs and meeting interesting people.
Dave’s dream of traveling the US and Lisa’s desire to NOT live out out of a suitcase, gave birth to the idea to live full time in an RV.
Having sold everything in 2014 to move to Australia for a five year job contract, returning to America was the perfect opportunity to make the dream a reality.
With both Kids in college and Dave semi-retired, working from the road was a no-brainer.
Covid postponed our travels but created the opportunity for camp hosting which has been an amazing experience.
Years of watching RUclips videos, learning the ropes of RV life paid off. We love to share our travels with those who enjoy watching, and inspiring others to follow their dreams.

The villages at Turning Stone RV Park

August 21-30, 2024 we stayed at this beautiful park. It has a resort feel and we had a great experience. The other campers were all very friendly and the staff was accommodating. They also have a free shuttle that runs between the park and casino. ONLY THING MISSING IS AN OFF LEASH DOG AREA! Daisy’s First Rail Car Ride!

For Christy’s birthday I took her on a rail explorers lantern ride in Cooperstown, New York while visiting Grammy. This was Christy and Daisy’s first time on a rail car.  They have multiple tours to choose from, but we were expecting it to be hotter so we we did the evening one, but the weather had cooled off significantly and anytime of day would’ve been great.

The first week of August 2024 we stayed at the Hanscom Air Force Base Famcamp, in Bedford, MA. It’s not on base but someone in your party needs possession of a DOD access card to stay here. Discovered this secret latch for the backseat adjustment in my 2014 mini Cooper S two-door hatchback This adjustment lover makes quite the difference when using the back with the seats up. The Breakers went to audio tours ? 😢 I guess there is a shortage of folks to do the live tours now … interesting. Remember, these were their “summer homes “ 😂 these people were messed up rich .. when you hear on the tours about how their children didn’t amount to much and squandered it all it’s like 🤦♀️ “oy”
Best mosquito hunters ! Actually up in the NE there is a movement to have bat houses on your property to help them out since so much of their territory is developed city . They are fantastic at keeping mosquito populations down .

@@LifeIsTripping I made a mistake on the name of the bridge. It’s actually Sagamore Bridge. It may have 2 names. Still researching it to make sure I correct it. It’s possible that a lot of the older bridges are built that way, and we should be aware and prepared. 💕
Yup young copperhead very lucky the pooch didn’t get bit. Seemed like a peaceful creature it went out of its way to not strike or bite.
