This works for console if you have kbm i made my loadout buttons 1 2 and 3 for each number of them since i dont use kbm for terraria and it worked pretty sure this works for pc also just need to do same thing with your binds

for people who don't use mobile, you don't need it to make it work on PC, just go to the mods on community creations and look up a mod that equips multiple accessories, for console you need to have a USB and download that mod onto your USB then plug it into your PS4(Edit: not sure if that console one still works though?)
