I feel your pain luv, I suffer from awful migraines and unless you have ever had one you cannot even begin to know just how painful they can be, have you ever tried the Rizartriptin, I think that,s how you spell it, if you can catch the headache straight away you just put one on your tongue to melt and it really does help, but you can only get them from your GP though.

I love these usually use them once maybe twice a week while crying and styling my hair I find the tabs to be rubbish too but usually just put non slip socks over top and leave them on for about 3 hours I know it says 15-20 mins but I have found I don't get anything from them in that amount of time so I leave them on longer and they do work as part of my foot care routine xx oh also Superdrug do the foot peel socks haven't tried them yet waiting for payday but i thought i would let you guys know xx
