Play Insurgency SandsStorm if u want modern combat, it doesn't have such a large scenarios and vehicles, but it is intense AF

I think it looks a lot like Battlefield right down to the UI. If DICE cant be counted on to make a BF game then why not give this a go.

This looks like crap. This is not Delta Force, this is CoD Ground War with 2042's mechanics and UI. Are there any people on this Earth, who genuinely want this combination in their shooter game? And that's coming from a person who likes 2042

I wanna play it so bad. Need my casual, large scale, modern military fix that Battlefield hasn't given to me.

@@TorbisXD There was a lot of hype for Battlebit too. It even had a stable playerbase for several months. And Battlebit didn't look like a direct ripoff of any BF game, it actually tried to be unique. I am not trusting a dev team who couldn't even make original reload animations for their first tests

That AK shoots 7.62x39 and is completely stock, it is going to kick. I've shot an AKM, it kicks.

@@TorbisXD I own multiple aks and built them out of parts kits. 7.62x39 isn’t a heavy recoiling round. It’s barely more noticeable than a 223 rem. Even the hotter yugo ball rounds have pretty light recoil.

@@albundy7459 I didn't say 7.62x39 isn't a massive round, what i did say is that its not a light round.. It has recoil, i mean if you actually have shot an AKM (specifically stock AKM), then you wouldn't have this argument? There is many tens of thousands of references online in addition to this. Is it a massive ass bullet? no. Is it small? god no. Maybe you should also not completely judge gameplay where i didn't fully control it huh?

@@TorbisXD I have 2 decades of experience with AKs. Heavy recoil is mostly user error. Sometimes it’s just a poorly built AK.

It's an extraction shooter that's PvPvE, there are also tasks kind of like Tarkov

I would honestly compare it more to Arma & DayZ than Tarkov, but it absolutely has Tarkov elements to it. Its not as milsimmy, i'd call it more tactical. The map is persistent, meaning you do not ever have a loading-screen except when you log in and log out! There is PvEvP & PvE servers, you'll have 150 tasks (quests) on early-access launch as well!

@@TorbisXD sounds pretty cool, but what's the difference to Tarkov? Sounds pretty much the same except for the map staying the same. From your video seems like there is a home base or something?

@@TorbisXD I haven't played Tarkov myself from from what I've heard and seen from gameplay of both, GZW seems more similar to Ghost Recon Wildlands/Breakpoint and like a small hint of Ready or Not

The funny thing is that there is actually quite a few developers who worked on all of those games, still at DICE. Some have remained, lots has rejoined. New hirings to DICE isnt a bad thing though, they can bring phenomenal experience & insight. We'll see what they do with the next game ^^

Mourning? Who said mourning? I am allowed to have opinions, 2042 is not perfect and absolutely never ever could be. Am i not allowed to be dissappointed in not having a season 8? No? Or whatever? I know what you're saying, but its fine to be sad or dissappointed, nothing wrong with that. Did you also forget BF4's launch? I mean I absolutely LOVED BF4, but it had absolute massive fucking issues over a year post launch and still had large balancing issues to this day.
