9 pin needs to be male to female. The serial to USB i use is the MOXA Serial Converter and this has a male pin end.

I need your help regarding this, my cable does not recognized. I used USB to RS232 9pins and db9 to vga 15pins.

Maybe, port settings bits per second, you try use all the usb ports or maybe the driver of the serial cable that you use
