I got a small 300 ml bottle today from one of our local Don Quijotes. I must say it’s surprisingly good for the less pricey end of junmai sake. I actually had a couple glasses with Nagoyan manju and it paired nicely with it.

Where do you ever see words like "Ginjo" or "Jumai" on the label of any saken?! Good attempt, but useless in the end...

Besides sushi and fruit, what kind of snacks does it pair with? Curious if there’s some snacks or non sushi meals you could have it with.

no for sure nigori is the sake I actually honestly enjoy I truly do its very good also sometimes the other sake even the nicer one can be a bit too strong tasting almost reminiscent of vodka so I almost cant wait sometimes for the small cup to be done because it gets unpleasent and thats why I enjoy using the small cups to really savor the flavor.
