If you can't call customer service and verify your identity just like on any regular brokerage trading platform, then... that's their fault. Their whole business model is locking you out of your account and stealing your money one way or another. Just like Webull recently telling me I have a month to provide a driver's license, which they never needed for the past 4 years, or my account will be locked.
