Back and Mount Bicepius Exercise!
Normally I can lift heavier weights but recently I have switched to readjusting my exercise techniques. Not lifting particularly heavy but focusing more on working each muscle fibers. Instead of repping out, I choose to slower and more on time under tension.

    It’s good man but I’m not sure if straps are necessary big man. Your grip should be strong enough for two plates. Try underhand overhand if double overhand starts slipping.
