That's what really hit hard... seeing the creativity, the amazing housing. The decorations inside, with trophies, and special personalized touches. People made a space that was uniquely theirs. I feel sad that it's all going to disappear... But then, it is what it is.

I may have to grow older, but I don't have to grow up... in fact, adulting is a real pain. Not something I want to do everyday, so - nope. Plus I've lived long enough that I really don't have to. Peace.

Miss the silly comedy, the more casual and playful tone of this kind of movie. Doubt it would get a pass today with the way everything is being filtered. So tired - love just relaxing with a good old time family movie. Shame we forgot how to laugh at ourselves... some folks are just wound too tight... afraid someone, somewhere is having a little fun. lol

I'll try to do more. I'm trying to figure out how to do more on RUclips as I don't really know much about creating content here. I got started on Twitch, and have my streams archived here so I won't lose these memories. But I'd really like to figure out how to add more stuff like this on this platform. I'm not sure... maybe, but to be honest, with my memory... don't know for sure unless I see the review. I'm not very good at the games he plays, but I will still play. It's time together to have fun.

See if your brother wants to play again. It's one of the ways I connect with those that are far away and it's hard to get together on a call. Getting everyone on a specific day or on a weekend to drop in and spend some time together in-game is a recipe for a lot of laughs, playful banter, and helps make things better. I guess that being a gamer I've always played with siblings, my kids, and friends. From back in the days of tabletop (the pen/paper type with figurines and hex maps... lol) and the days of roleplaying out in the woods pretending to be with Robin Hood. As well as, going to SCA events to join in with the medieval festivities in costume, having duels, and entering contests. I wanted all my kids to experience creativity, roleplaying, gaming, and to allow their imaginations to be free. Learning and playing together is how you get lifelong learners. lol Thanks for your comment.

I've played games with my kids over the years. This is my youngest with me... I taught them Tabletop gaming as their Dungeon Master, they taught me console games. Eventually, I made it to PC gaming and continue to enjoy sharing game time with family. Thanks for your comment!

Thank you for your comment! Yes, it is. I also used games to help them learn using maps, doing math, (by asking them to make me stuff *grins*) and critical thinking when handling quests or raids. Gaming can be a great way to teach as well as bond.

@@starrweaver i would've loved playing with a parent. Usually i played games with my older borthers. Back in the days when my PC overheated from CoD4.

@@dieserkanalexistiertnichtm2204 Yeah, I haven't played CoD: Ghost since my boys played. I also played Unreal Tournament and RUNE with a few of them, and Flying Heroes was fun too. Way back it was EverQuest, and then Guild Wars games were fun. WoW was a good one with many in the family meeting up to do raids. Some of my siblings, cousins, and kids partying together was always a lot of fun. There have been so many games we've played, ESO, PoE, Neverwinter, RIFT, Guild Wars 2, ArcheAge, BDO, Fly4Fun, PotBS, TROVE, Secret World Legends, Fallout 76, Remnant, Borderlands 2, SkyForge, DC Universe, Portal Knights, Left4Dead, 7Days, SilkRoad, D&D, Conan Exiles, City of Heroes/Villains, Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean & Fable III. (We played before some game servers were shut down. Thankfully some games survived thanks to the fan base reviving them.) I'm still playing with my kids, although I'm not asked to play Fortnite much of late since some don't like my sniper skills. lol Wish we could get together more often. Back during COVID, it allowed us to play more often, but life must come first over games.
