So these 3 blades are actually pretty good, but the sheaths are trash unless you have a way to fix them. Even if you can fix them like i have done on the one, I'm still not sure how long it will hold retention on the knife!! So this Ozark trail is not quite as strong built as the orange handled one. But this one is very light weight. It is very easy to carry. It does have a mystery steel. My 128 arrives saturday and Im looking forward to it. I decided to get the black titanium coated version. Couldn't really decide which one I liked better, so I just picked one lol. Specs indicate it is thicker than a quarter inch, but I will be checking that. That is a thick blade stock for a medium sized knife!
@BrewCityRider so I do believe that EAFENGROW does embellish a little bit on their measurements. Their specs are not always correct. Mine is under a quarter of an inch by a little. And I'm not the only one that has noticed that about EAFENGROW sometimes their specs are off. I can't remember what RUclips video I watched.But someone was saying that they noticed theirs were off also on the specs.
Either way, I still believe they are great knives!!!
Good stuff. I just picked up the EF128 during the cyber monday sale, and I might have to get the 147 now lol! That is one beefy cool blade. I have a few others as well and they all perform great.

I would go the Civivi over the Esee any day. That warranty isn’t as good here where you are up for the postage and I’ve been disappointed in 1095. Even Chinese d2 eats it for breakfast and I’ve done the tests with a Brother knife, edge on edge.

I carry a surge clone when I’m out and about and a lot at home. It has a surgical blade as part of the t-shank clip in or a saw, file etc. Most times I have a watchman w206 in the pocket around home and it’s lighter than the surge.

@ChandlersLegacyFarm I remember my shop at my old house had ceramic heaters and lamp heaters, and it wasn't until a year before I moved I installed a wood-burning stove... figures 🙄 My new shop has a controlled environment... Both heat and air conditioning when I need it... But I haven't forgotten where I came from, that's for sure! I totally can appreciate your garage shop set up... And to be quite honest I miss mine. I just bought the Kizer Baby in CM154 for the same price as the deckhand. It will be for pocket carry on the property and I love the adjustable angle plastic pocket clips (I can set the angle so the whole knife is out of view). For me this is better than the ultraclip.
