RUclips is double charging members to the same credit card and even charging credit cards associated with cards used for membership payments. Largely due to Google payment method records accessing accounts used for online payment history that Google records. In my experience, RUclips has double chraged me for over a year with no true way to contact them. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact them I resubmitted the CC information reflcted on my RUclips billing page. My account was suspnded until I updated my information. Upon updating my CC information YouYube immediately double charged my CC , only this time to the same CC.
