@@beyondtheskinwithmichelle personally, for me at least, the whole point of makeup is to "hide" your imperfections while attempting the most natural look possible. If you can still see your imperfections, it doesn't really do it for me, sorry!

@@sallywright8065 I do have some wrinkles mostly around my mouth, nose and under my eyes. I try to show as much of my skin and imperfections as I can. I would never put anything on my face prior to a video. To me that completely defeats the purpose of trying to help people make decisions on how and where to spend their money. @@GODISMYSTERIOUS I haven’t tried to blend them. They are completely different textures. The Covergirl is thick and creamy while the L’Oréal is a light watery feeling foundation. Similar to a water cream. 😊☀️🌻

@@beyondtheskinwithmichelle L’Oréal tinted balm has better texture but it gives some gold tone color on my face.

@@choney8125 Hi! I found it frustrating as well. I tried so many times and all different ways to make it work and it’s just not for me. The foundation is not a full coverage. Depending how much you want to cover any hyperpigmentation or melasma, I would recommend using a concealer or corrector on just those spots and then put on your foundation. I hope this helps! @@TaraT522 I’ve had many messages about the lighter shade being orange. I wish Laura Geller would make some changes to the lighter shades! I don’t know if for whatever reason something under the foundation caused it to happen or not but based on how many people I’ve heard from, I would say it’s the product. The Covergirl is great and has more coverage however, it can go on heavy depending on how it’s applied. It’s definitely worth a try! You might just have to play with it a little to figure out what application works best for you. Thanks so much for watching! ☀️😀🌸

Hi Melisse, I did not. I got very close to my under eye area with the foundation but not directly under. I have very dry under eyes which is why I don’t use the foundation in that area. If you don’t, you could certainly try using it lightly and see how it looks. Thanks so much for watching! 😃🌸

I only ask because whilst I don't have wrinkles I do have very thin skin under my eyes and it can look crepey with B&B or if use even the smallest amount of concealer it goes patchy. I don't use primer or setting just balance and brighten which is very natural looking and ethereal rose blush. My under eyes can be an issue if I try to use the B&B or anything else. Using nothing to avoid issues with my eyes. Your application looked very good so I just wondered if you had avoided the under eye area.

@@melisse8150 I also have very thin skin so the veins under the eyes gives me texture. I do have a few favorites for concealer and have a dedicated video in case you were looking to try. I made the video a while ago and still I haven’t found anything better yet!

Hi Debra, Thank you. I have buffed it on. I prefer to press it into my skin. I found when I buffed, it would accentuate any dry skin that I might have and it didn’t look any different as far as coverage. It’s just personal preference. Everyone’s skin is so different.
