Beautiful unfolding of a unique vinyasa flow. I enjoyed the figure eight fold with knees across legs and the option to stretch, the sensation of the opening was unreal. The idea to fold both initially at the beginning and at the end is a great idea in demonstrating the increase in flexibility of hips and back. Awsome bro, you're becoming a go to in my practice which I'm most grateful for. Peace and gratitude, Namaste my friend.

For 3 years a have had crippling back pain. Stretching didn't really help. I got xrays done, that didn't discover much, new mattresses, 1000 different pillows, nothijg qas working. My doctor just started giving me muscle relaxers which only helped me to sleep through the night. I had instantaneous relief after following this flow the very first time (also first time I've ever done any sort of yoga) and the next morning I had waaaaaay less back pain. I watched Wyatt for drumming as he was an inspiration for me with his tight playthroughs, and insanely educational practice videos. Now he's has helped me yet again with this amazing yoga flow. Thank you, sir! 🫡

I am going to say this is the most professional yoga video I have come across (and there were many during the covid era) I especially liked the background sounds but mostly what stood out was how you highlighted the anckle positioning I think on one of the warriors positions good work my friend

What comes first? - stiffness in the body or stiffness in the mind? I learned that my ridged thoughts were keeping me from folding deeper. Observe your thoughts, be gentle and kind as you allow them to soften and open up along side the body. Tension in the mind creates tension in the body <3

This Was definitely at my limit as I’m still fairly new to yoga but I’m enjoying the challenge, especially in the poses that illustrate the tightness in my knees and hips, feel so good for it though! Thank you for your time 🙏🏻
