I love this product. I use it for the functional movement. Ancore Pro is a very compact unit with unlimited possibilities of use. Love it. Want to buy one for my parents' house, for them to use it and me when I visit them 😊
I just entered to win 1 of these. My husband is 81 and still very active but could really use this for his shoulders and back. I know right where I’d put it so that he would automatically use it every morning and evening.
I definitely need to add this to my gym. I love the feeling of cables and this looks amazing, so versatile. I have been watching your IG for a while. Looks like an amazing product. I work at a school and around a lot of athletes and know it is portable enough they could use it as well when needing to do specific movements when certain equipment isn’t available. Definitely thinking there are advantages to having two ❤️

That’s not a lat pulldown. He’s pulling at an outward angle. Pulldown means you’re pulling down, not out 🤦

These look brilliant I have worked in gyms and fitness facilities for 30 years now you need more videos doing different exercises to get more interest this is a fantastic machine it as endless possibilities it looks great too I love the multi directional angles you can get with it

Genuinely curious, please inform me if otherwise...but this seems really dangerous! Isn't the purpose of a workout to be controlled to best ensure the safety of your ligaments, muscles, joints, and tendons?

Will the rack mount for my 2x2 squat rack
It should! The Rack Mount works on squat racks that have uprights between 2 and 4 inches thick (depth) and hole spacing of 1, 2, 3, or 4 inches apart (center to center) and holes between 5/8 and 1 inch in diameter. Does it have an adapter for racks that have a 1” and 5/8” pin?
Hi! Does the resistance increase as you pull the handle further from the device similar to a resistance band or does the force stay the same during the movement similar to a pulley machine with weight stack?
Hello! Thanks so much for your question. Most customers say that the resistance is similar in feeling to a pneumatic system. This is because the resistance mechanism of the ANCORE is not dependent on gravity and allows for high-speed, ballistic movements as well as slower, more controlled movements. There is a slight progression from the first foot of cable compared to when the cable is pulled out at 8 feet. However, there is always tension on the cable at any point, allowing for concentric, eccentric, and isometric movements. Additionally, the resistance is not inertial or flywheel-based.

Yes! You get eccentric, concentric and isometric resistance. The feeling is similar to a pneumatic system.
