Hi, I believe there are various yoga and Qi Gong practices that could assist the body in feeling more relaxed during the sleep state. For example I am aware that legs up the wall, or waterfall pose, alternate nostil breathing, self head massage, and the third eye point in acupressure may assist with this. Other things to consider are having a very clear intention, raising the frequency of your home, and creating a dream altar to connect with your guides and nature in the physical or purely imaginal.
