Would love for you to go over some of your presets, they all look fire to me!!
How did u get a media pass to be on the field and take pictures?
YOOOO I LITERALLY PLAYED AGAINST THEM
Excellent video 📹 👏
when shooting for a high school do you just walk on the field like you belong there or do you have to ask for permission
just walk on, if they ask you just say you were requested by the players
What are your camera settings in the afternoon during warmups? Shutter, iso, etc
These are great and really helpful. I would love to see a video on presets and how to create them and how to apply them down the road at a later time. I don't know why I struggle with the concept of how to use them properly or effectively but I do. I saw you have Fro Pak presets and his explanation and yours is click and tweak but what is it that typically gets tweaked and what doesn't? The video you did when you applied the preset to Warren Central player holding his fist up is what I am kind of looking for? Without the presets I find it difficult to learn. They are basically a recipe in LR you can tweak but without knowing the ingredients it is hard to get it. Regardless killer stuff you got going.
you goated keep it up
What lens are you using?
You should edit nikolozi.camera’s photos 😉. Fr tho great work and i been in love with your editing style and appreciate you showing your perspective and style
My son is in the band, but I shoot the football players and I really love what you’re doing. I can’t tell what camera you’re shooting with. I shoot with Canon R. Is the orange a protective covering for rain or just to tell which camera is which?
I found it later on during your editing that you shoot with the canon R3. But still interested and why you cover it with the orange cover. Does it rain? What do you use in the rain?
The orange cover is rubber and just helps against bumps and scratches.
are you planning on selling your presets? would be really helpful
Making a video on it soon

Great video man! Question... What are your settings for when it gets dark?
Really depends on the lighting but 1/1250 at around 10k iso
@@evanf-raw Dang! 10k ISO! Sounds good i'll give it a try! Thanks
You should sell your presets
You should sell your presets

How can i submit a photo?
Follow me on instagram: evanf.raw! I post calls when I ask photogs to submit their photos
Dope editing. I just started mastering gradient masking to make players pop.
🔥 ima definitely try and get in on the next
I post on my insta story when I’m looking for new photographers!
What focus Area do you use/recomend? I shoot sports pictures but always have a hard time getting focus just right even in continus AF
I use Full sensor autofocus and the R3 nails the shot 99% of time time
what’s the lens on that bad boy
Sigma 60-600 f6.3
@@evanf-rawThat thing is EXPENSIVE

Yooo, I was watching this video to learn how to shoot some photos for the Ole Miss rugby team. I just saw that you film for the FB team. your work is awesome!
Thank you man!
Great video! Keep it up!
Thank you!
how many photos do you take a night?
Around 5 thousand
@@evanf-raw How many do you normally push out to players after the game?
Spotted the 2 R3s. Nice.
Great stuff man
nice video! were do u get your presets from or can you reckoned some<?
I have a few I’ve made and then a lot is from froknowsphoto
yoooo lit video i love the little burt shots that almost look like a video, but I was gonna ask do ya individually edit each one or throw a filter on there? and how do you get the same "look" for each shot? sometimes when I edit the field is different shades of green and it looks weird
I set my white balance before, and then I edit my favorites then the rest are slapped with a single filter on them
@@evanf-raw yeahhh noise and keeping the subject in focus during the dark lighting is probably my biggest problem
I’m thinking of minoring in photography I’m kinda new any tips
Absolutely love your work -- by far my favorite style of editing! Any chance you would share some of your favorite presets?
I’ll make a video on it!
@@evanf-raw appreciate you!

Love the hustle!
What max focal length are you working with? I’m shooting at Grenada and I’m thinking on that level, I need my 28-135. I’m thinking use that for a half to be in the moment and then switch to a longer focal length and camp in the end zone? I’m using the old dinosaur Canon 1D Mark IV until I can afford another cam. 😊
That could work, just depends what your goal is. If you’re trying to capture emotion and feeling pregame then use the 28-135. But for just action the longer lens may make more sense to use. It’s just dependent on what you want to create.
What starburst filter are you using? Been tryna find one
That one is from prism fx
Tuff
This is 🔥
Thank you!
Is this HS or College?
Looks like high school look at the crowd
Set PM to match LR color codes.
Will do, thank you!
i would sale the other lens and get a 70-200 f4 ....it will help cut down on the high iso you get that the f6 lens .....also keep the denoise to 30-35% ....i am a maxpreps photographer in north carolina ....i understand ppl cant buy the best of the best lens and cameras when starting out ...but if you can get 2.8 ...then get f4 stuff to help you ...for night game you need 2.8 but f4 can work
I have a 70-200 f4, you can see it in the first shot when I’m switching out lenses. When I’m working under publications I’ll use the 70-200. But when I’m just shooting for social media the 60-600 is sufficient because detail is not as important when scrolling on instagram.
This video is SO TOUGH. I looked at both your IG and website, and your work is amazing. Love the video, and love not only the photo transformations, but you actually showing us what you did; it gave me lots of insight on how I can make my photos better. Thanks for the video, I subscribed.
I appreciate it so much! Dropping another video Saturday.
