I just got this issue fixed by myself yesterday I lasted for me 2 days I was unable to play online I tried what is says in this video and some others but nothing worked. This is what worked for me. First I logged out from my PS4 account from the console I disconnected my PS4 like totally. I cleaned it with a towel from outside for sure I also turned off my router and disconnected everything from it as well. I waited for like 1 hour and left console and router completely disconnected. Then after 1 hour i connected first the router and got wifi turned on. Then After 10 minutes I connected my console. I logged in to my ps4 network account. I connected to wifi / tested internet connection It did connect. Then I went to GTA V and before starting the game I selected in join game of s friend who was playing GTA online A massage appeared but it said session is private I pressed x and it looked for new seasons 😃 Basically just do basic troubleshooting guys and clean the console and router.
