I think in any team-based game the healer is the most important role for any team. Like yeah they are not gonna get many kills but they are gonna be your personal doctor 24/7. Like telling a Mercy player to swap off when they are usually the back bond to making sure your team don't go kaput because some people decide to run off without any healers in range. This is why, in any game that have medic classes, people don't play medic classes because of people like thst that just discourages them to actually supporting the team.

I think people dont realize, that everyone starts at bronze in Rivals, so she can be 100 times better than the team mates in her time in bronze, I would also get upset, thats why I dont play ranked lol

Not everyone who plays competitive has the desire to improve, and not everyone will do their best nor play cooperatively. It is a team game, yes, but that also means one has to adapt to the random teammates they get. That also includes dealing with nasty people and underperforming players. I like to imagine that matchmaking is a roguelike, whereas one can't always start with good items/teammates, but your goal is the same regardless. If you take that as part of the experience, you can have genuine fun even in League's SoloQ.

Idk if keeping the dps and hps numbers of your team hidden until the end of the match is a blessing or a curse. On the 1 hand, if they could've seen the hps numbers between the 2 healers they wouldn't have talked shit. On the other hand, being able to rub their nose in it for talking shit can be satisfying provided they stick around to read in chat how wrong they were. Either way, report them for text chat abuse, lmao.

Did a match the other day helping a friend rank up where I absolutely dominated as Adam Warlock (highest in all stats except damage absorption and with zero deaths) and at the end I was about to write “I didn’t know they added bot lobbies to comp” but right before I hit enter the people in the lobby were like “Wow! That Adam Warlock is really good!” and “I’m not even mad, that was impressive” and my team started thanking me so I just had to quietly backspace. Gotta end the generational trauma of toxic gaming 🙏😭
