I'd tell em that it can go two ways. New primer and we take a chance that it might run and you still gotta pay me or you take my advice as a mechanic and go with a new carb. That puts the decision in their hand and keeps you free and clear.

Great tip. I’ve been working on small engines since 1986 in vocational school. Never knew those holes were there.

Ihave a Husqvarna 2 to be exact. I have one that will crank but it is very hard to crank. And I have one that is a smaller saw that will not crank. The one that will not crank was a very good Saw but something happened and just stopped cranking. Could you send me a address where I can send you the saws to get repaired. If you look at the saws tell me what it will take to fix them I will send you the money how ever it is for payment method and I can pay to get them shipped back or whatever you think will be easiest. I'm located in Lucedale MS. I'm not sure where you are located but I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
