pagan outdoors
Добавлен 17 авг 2013
Hello and welcome to my channel, my name is craig and I am a keen outdoorsman as well as a naturalistic pagan.
I have a great passion for the outdoors and mother nature ,through this channel I hope to convey and share my knowledge and experiences of my time out in nature doing what I love, be that wilderness living skills (bushcraft), survival, hiking, hammock camping, fishing, eco-theraphy including forest bathing and mindfulness, plus spending a great deal of time chilling in my hammock, and I am also a forest witch..
I have become disabled in the last few years, so I hope to show the different ways I have had to adapt to still be able to enjoy my time outside with mother nature.
I hope you will come along for the journey and perhaps be inspired to go out into the great outdoors and discover how truly wonderful being out in nature really is...blessed be

Hej ood talk. What these climate warriors do not understand is that while humand from the industrial revolution up to yester have made a small dent in the " climate change " theory it is in fact the Natural Cycle of this planet to warm up and cool down over millions of years. The sun has a big part to play on this planet as does the moon. While the panet is warming up and the ice caps are melting but the opposite in Argentina is happening, the Glaciers there are in fact growing in size. Prooving time and time again that this planet runs through a constant cycle of warm and cold as it has done for millions of years. Unfortunately the climate activists only see as far as their noses and not the overall picture. They read some books, literature on what others have wrote and automatically think they know what they are talking about etc. We all know that countries like china, america, india etc pump out harmfull smoke and gases into the atmosphere which is not helping in the pollution wars but if we folllow what these activists are saying, the planet will be dead and barren in just 50 years. It has been proven beyond doubt that the " climate campaign " is not actually a real thing.
Totally my friend, atb craig
Great to see another pagan and bushcrafting brother out promoting love and respect for Nature. Warmest Samhain wishes to you and all your subscribers. 🌳🍂⭐️
Bright blessings brother, thank you so much, same to you too ,atb craig
@paganoutdoors3193 I'm a sister btw... but let's not get into that area!😁 . Bright Blessings to you ⭐️
@thewagonwitch my hummble apologies 🙏, do you have a particular leaning when it comes to being a witch, myself ,im more forest witch, bit of green witch too, I may have to do a video regarding how my wildernesslivingskills, etc, set me on the path to being a pagan/witch 🤔, please forgive this humble pagan/witch for being a twat and assuming lol, atb craig
@paganoutdoors3193 ah no apology needed friend. I'm of similar path to you, the woodland is my temple, I'm not one for labels, but i suppose i lean toward traditional/Celtic practices. Herbs and wild plants are my special interest, so I guess "green witch" could be a term. Eclectic, forest Witch, cunning woman, I don't know. I've lived on the land in my wagon-by-the-woods for over 20 years now, so have a close connection to my environment and surroundings. Bushcrafting and outdoor living is a way of life for me now and all part of it. My main objective I suppose is to promote love and respect for Nature, much like yourself I think. Nice to meet a kindred spirit on the Worlde Webbe!! 🧙♀️
@thewagonwitch sounds amazing, I try do my sml bit to help others reconnect, teach when I can ,(was alot easier before I fell ill) ,it has saved my life, and I know it has saved others, for that ,I give true thanks and promise my life to her (gaia) atb sister , craig
Great to see you out again Mate
Was great to be out, thank you for watching, atb craig
Hey Craig! I just watched your video on celebrating Samhain, and I have to say, it looks absolutely fantastic! The way you embrace nature is so inspiring. That epic knife you showed off really caught my attention-it's a great piece! And your watch adds a nice touch, too. The peaceful atmosphere of the woods combined with your chat and brew truly captures the essence of the moment. Keep sharing these amazing experiences! Cheers!
Cheers my friend, we need to meet for a catch up soon, been too long, atb craig
@@paganoutdoors3193 too right miss having a chilled day in woods
Nice n peaceful. May I ask what make the watch is please. I think that’s a great idea because I find wrist watches uncomfortable and sweaty. Thanks Ian
Thank you for watching, they are Dakota watches, my kids got mine off amazon (a little nudge in the right direction 😉), so far, bombproof, love mine, atb craig
Hi Craig Nice chilled time Don’t forget your tarp bungee ideas to show me Cheers Adrian
Cheers for watching, I won't forget, I'll try do it during the week atb craig
@@paganoutdoors3193cheers craig
Do so love the sound of a trangia bubbling away
Thanks for watching, me too, I stare at the flame too, rather hypnotic ,use these stoves all year round, better than gas, silent too atb craig
Good to see out in the sticks again, Craig. Blimey, that is a nice butter knife that Joker 😍 Gotta say; is it nature or are "they" trying to manipulate our Mother Nature and She will bite the manipulators backside, which will in turn bite us mere mortals?
Cheers for watching tim, that could be a whole different video on weather manipulation by certain peoples, and the butter knife is mint 👌 lol, atb craig
@ Definitely a different video 😊
Good set up mate, i'm not up to getting in the hills any more but great to see others doing it and bringing back memories of my younger days 👍 pity the cloud came in
Thank you for watching, it killed me getting that high, lol. The nxt nights camp I had to unfortunately pull out of and crash at my eldest daughter place due too health (pushed myself too much, luckily she lives in Newcastle, so wasn't far away, I'm normally a forest hermit, but I wanted abit of a change, my health keeps me low level, but tbf, the forests are my home ,where I belong. Atb craig
Thank you!
No problem atb craig
Always good to hear the rain on the tarp Craig - well unless it's dumping on you that is. A fair bit going on - at least you foraged some and chilled around the fire. Sorry to hear about you legs but the good sounded great. All the best with future plans. Mark
Cheers Mark for watching, sound of the rain on tarp is magical ✨️, atb craig
@@paganoutdoors3193 A pleasure Craig. Yeah, it's one nature's vest sounds.

@treksntarps it is, okay occasionally, but the woods/forests are my home
@@paganoutdoors3193 😂 same here mate 👍
o dear
Hi Craig, great spot and no room for a tent for sure, I bet you can’t believe how you have to fight for a car parking space and spot on the hill up here, it’s so busy lol Thanks for the mention, it was the Cheviots you could see, and the hill fort opposite is great for a quick camp, the ditches seem to stay dry, you don’t need a tent for sure, when you can set up a nice tarp like you did and get far wider views than with an open door. Cheers Adrian
Cheers Adrian, thank you for watching, that's cool that it was the cheviots, such a stunning place to be, definitely be back atb craig
Stunning landscape mate
It is, cant wait to go back, thank you for watching atb craig

I get it. I don't ask for help with my issues because many don't understand. Nature and creativity are the answers for me. Sorry to hear about your battles. Samaritans have helped me, too. Thanks for talking about it.
Nature is watch helps me too, thank you for your kind words on this subject, atb craig
Love your channel. Chilling in my hammock is what I enjoy so much, too. I've been a volunteer conservationist in the past. Thinking of doing it again... rewilding is something I'm really interested in.
Thank you Gemma, cant beat chilling in a hammock, volunteering is so fulfilling, something I can give back ,help restore nature, teach new generations to love nature as I do, atb craig
