i actually made my own conversion kit. i use the 12 inch cut piece to connect it back together and use high strength bolts. i wish i had a video for it but it was difficult for a one mans job 😅

they are BB steel wheels off brand similar to pro comp

think it was hard to film that part. it was actually real simple to run the wires down to taillights. the wire is long enough to make adjustments

@@RomeOpalec thanks for your reply... I did it to my 66 and 88 with the cheese graters and in both cases it was much brighter and more uniform illuminated look (no more darker edges). In Germany we have yellow tail turnsignals, and some idi... don't mind when you drive in an american classic and the color of your taillight turnsignal indicates RED🤦🏻‍♂️ sadly it's getting worser and worser. Stay always safe on the road. cheers👋

thanks for the additional input! wish the amber turn signals comes standards to new vehicle that way its more noticeable on the road. thats why im sticking to classics, love the aesthetic look of the retro amber tail lights! would love me to have a 67 fastback one day but way too expensive here. stay safe out there! cheers!

@@squidwardtentacles578 nice! the stock really restrict the flow. according to LMR these should increase flow. My fox may have clogged cats (31 year old car) so maybe if i remove or go for high flow cats i can feel the gains. have lots to work on it still so it’s working progress.

@@RomeOpalec yeah removing or switching them will probably have to give you some gains, who knows how much. No cats will probably make a little more power than hi flowing but I will say my car (no cats) makes my eyes water sometimes with how bad the fumes get. I feel you on the work in progress, it feels like there is literally always something I have to work on lol. Good luck man!

The upgraded unequal will not make power just sound a little better. The only way thw stock style header will make a little more is by stepping up the pipe size out and the collector bigger and longer. Equal shorty will make a tiny bit more but sound bad with an H-pipe. This is all based on stock 302. Increase in exhuast flow and it will show a difference

there are nuts where you can remove it when cleaning the window
