@@brianpeterson8908 The historical Jesus is real, he lived a sinless life, his disciples can attest to this, he said he was going to be the first born of the dead, and that the temple will be rebuilt in three days. Jesus was crucified, killed, and stabbed in the side; watery serum was present, showing heart failure. On the third day he was risen. Over 500 people saw him risen over the course of 40 days. The would be no reason to assume a claim of a false risen from the dead, due to mankind not being able to die for a lie that they clearly know is a lie. Look at the Apostles and early church fathers martyrdoms. Consider the rational for following something that all of them were one by one eventually brutally murdered for what they claimed to see. Being crucified upside down, flayed alive, stoned, beheaded, etc. If this was a lie, the apostles would not of made it past the first martyr. No one dies for a lie they purposely know is one, when the nature of that lie goes against their entire culture, the claim that Jesus made that he was God. As well, all of his followers went into hiding, and no one believed he would rise. Such a strong opposition could only come against the truth.

The Aramaic version of Joshua (the real English translation) translates into Greek as a woman's name. While the GREEKS not the Jews who spoke Aramaic were writing their myth they made up the name Jesus a more masculine name. There delineates another problem with your claims about the myth, the fact that Jesus in Aramaic is actually Joshua exactly who is the myth of Jesus based on? Further begging that question is the number of similarities between Joshua and Jesus. So is the core of your Jesus the Joshua story with new enhancements? Oh yes it very much is. Thus removing the possibility that your Jesus was real. Further supporting the fact your Jesus is a fantasy story is an example that happened just this month. You cultists lost your minds over a representation of the Feast of Dionysus, a Greek god at the Paris Olympics. In fact I saw yesterday cultists are still raging in their stupidity over that. The last supper was very much a rewrite of the Feast of Dionysus. Which makes sense as the Greek writers would have stolen from what they knew and the Dionysus cult was pretty popular during the time. Other stolen aspects of your Jesus myth, the 12 apostles. Several gods had 12 apostles, your Jesus myth was not the first. 12 was a lucky number in the ancient middle east, so lots of myths reflected the number 12. It would imbue the myth with luck and familiarity to give Jesus 12 apostles. I could go on but I know in your zealotry this post is hitting rock and not brain. Knowing the truth is not what you want, knowing real history is something you will rage at. Your Jesus is a myth, your brain washing is total. You live in a world of fantasy and stupidity, being manipulated by con men who are too lazy to find a real job and get off on dictating the lives others live.
