I’m sure many of you are wondering how did this happen?
Well, on Wednesday November 20, 2024 - the greater Seattle area was dealing with the aftermath of a bomb cyclone that had landed in the Pacific the day before.
Over half a million people were without power including the venue where Jake Shimabukuro was scheduled to perform in Kirkland, WA.
I was scheduled to conduct a brief video interview with Jake before his show on Wednesday evening. Even with no power and the streets a mess, Jake was still okay with doing the interview.
The question became where could we do it?
The tour bus was for the band and crew so management nix...
