TYSM for this dear meditation video: just jump into my feed. usually i just do the same meditation video on a repeat loop in another RUclipsr; your channel is new to me. But this is exactly what I need today, been through some stupid racist joke on a person I kind of care about on, feel angry and sad and that person just insult me back said im a kinda woman with anger issues. It really pissed me off today, doing this meditation after my lunch before starting working on my assignment, November sometimes just feel grey at all. I May not 100% focus on the audio because usually my mind just fly out of the sky to thinking about the daily issues I met LOL, but after doing this today I feel my heavy body just becomes lighter and lighter.
