Still comes back at random, yeah. Some things stick with you 😅
Great video on such an important topic! 💕
You look like jim carrey
"Why would I stay with a weirdo like you bro? your so gross."

O:40 --> no... I don't think so. We want to understand what made us feel that way. And the moment you get what has happened, the feeling eases a bit.
As a chronically ill mom, this is so incredibly true. I once went out midweek for some cheerios and my husband asked why... do you have to ask? Bland cereal is a requirement to have on hand all the time.

i thought it was lemonade 😂😂😂😂
Sameeee
Right, makes no sense. Spring is the season for all that mess. 😂 January is just what we consider the 1st of the year. That’s a calendar, people, let’s not let numbers rule our lives here. 😂😂😂

"Why are you so depressed all the time."
"That i should of listened to my friends and got rid of you." He was mad that I wouldnt give up on us and let him go party and be drunk all the time. When he had kids who needed him.
Um i don't know
Very fascinating. Sources?
This is something I learned in the hospital when I was there for postpartum depression I’m sure there are plenty of papers out on it
Great advice! I've been doing this for a while now and it's been a game changer. With kids AND my myself!
I'm going through a severe depression, anxiety, agoraphobia, PTSD, brushing my hair can take months to get to and this sounds like something that I can use for myself, what a great idea, thank you!
@@bobbiejean4246 I'm glad I could help. I'm glad you're taking care of you🫶🏻

the editorial view of the morning....your images. Right now I'm in a holiday mess in my head not knowing whether to go home to an avoidant family. being there for myself...another thing I love is what you say about being there I have done a lot. you dont just focus on the problem for clicks, it was so calming. also i like you dont have a bunch of make-up and try to be the Popular Girl.
Hey, how are you?
Hey, how are u doing?

Great job! I truly hope you are appreciated for cooking for your family if you have one. And even if you don’t, I hope you appreciate yourself. You are certainly beautiful, don’t forget that. I hope you’re okay❤❤
What a beautiful heart you have, to take the time to encourage a stranger❤❤
your kids are sick because you arent giving them proper vitamins in the winter
This comment tells more about you than it does me. I'm sorry❤
@@healingrachelabi don’t be sorry this person obviously does not know what they’re talking about. It’s flu season kids are getting sick all around school and stuff.

Women carry the burden of selection of partner and raising the next generation, but unfortunately if people are not raise right and with love, they will not be able to do even that (most people in the planet are like that), causing them to lower the standards to even below bare minimum and then have broken families, which kids that will become broken adults and will just do it all over again: "the sins of the father will be the sins of the son". Point being: make a list titled "ALL qualities I want and need in a partner for life" -> write it all like if you forget something, they will appear to you without that -> revise -> wipe down the title and rename the list to 'qualities I want and need to have to find and BE a partner for life"
this was me carrying a big tv to the cash converter shop in london and no one wanted to help me but i still made it though the cost of living is raising Lol💪
It is also completely worth holding space for a craving, sometimes you can end up eating a ton and still not feel satisfied because you didn’t have the one thing that you really wanted
this by no means is trying to vilify cravings nor trying to dictate how you respond to them. Just simply trying to point out the difference between cravings and hunger.
@healingrachelabi I just noticed that it didn't touch on the cravings aspect of the issue, only on the hunger portion, so I thought I would add to it
This!
❤
A cart or straps would sure help without having to depend on anyone else.
What is it with liberal women, specially liberal colored women always whining about trauma?
cPTSD can inhibit development. We can observe this from cult survivers who experience a delayed adolescence after escaping. To put it another way, while some children were learning how to clean themselves or ride a bike, we were learning how to not diə or be abandoned by our caretakers. So we can look "behind" or "immature" to neurotypicals. I have cPTSD too and am working to not call myself infantilizing words because I am done punishing myself for not knowing what I wasn't taught. I hope it helps to know you are not alone ♡
You're very sweet. I love that you're caring for yourself and loving others by sharing this🙌🏻🫶🏻
