Arriving into LST mid afternoon, it was an arrival unlike any before or since, as this was during the lockdown times, there was a makeshift reception area where we had to register before we could get our bags. It was an interesting experience.

Truly a wild time to be going on an interstate mini break. I was coming back from Tasmania via Melbourne, which had gone into one of its many lockdowns the day before. This was one of the three emptiest flights I've ever been on, the other two being a Flybe Q400 from Belfast to Edinburgh back in 2015, and a Virgin Australia E-170 from Sydney to Canberra in 2011.
