    Hello is this what causes pain & disorientation for whales so they literally beach themselves to commit suicide bc they r trying to get away frm the signal plse tell me the truth

    • @sergejkoch1432
      @sergejkoch1432 2 года назад

      I think it's more comparable to us humans. If humans can hang themselves, why can't whales strand themselves when they want to die? And if you think that whales don't have the intelligence and consciousness to commit suicide, then that's ignorance. They could be old or have a desease that couse them pain. the noises under water caused by natural effect are much more louder than this ultrasonic communication, that sounds probably like a whisper from time to time.

    Hello Mr Razi Thankyou for this lecture & background of your academic career I have been following Dr Amy Kruse from Stanford university specifically the platypus programme . Centaur tech . I was also looking into the hive mind technology & how both of these technologies are intended to be used .Can you possibly explain why & how centaur technolgy the merging of humans & machines is of use in socieities . Is it a systems upgrade for tje smart cities inititives in a fully censored enviroment that we will be connected to by way of injectable bio compabitable sensors or wearable bio compabitable sensors coonected to a ruling algorthym managed by the satelites surrounding our plant . Thanku in advance

    Why is FedAvg called Vanilla Federated Learning ? Is there any specific reason for this,can anyone plz explain ?

    • @jihongpark5703
      @jihongpark5703 3 года назад

      It's because FedAvg is the first and standard federated learning algorithm, and vanilla is arguably the standard flavor of ice cream. FYI, calling an original one as a vanilla algorithm is common in computer science: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vanilla_software.
