They apparently don't use Gil in Insomnia, because when you first get to the garage in the actual game Prompto asks "Uhh...what's a gil?"

Actually, Noctis has a good reason for hating waking up. He has Insomnia which is a serious illness that prevents you from falling asleep, or staying asleep or sleeping well in general. I have that and it's no fun T-T I am tired ALL the time, but despite this, it takes me at least 4 hours of lying in bed until I FINALLY fall asleep. It can get even more extreme, I wonder how bad Noctis actually has it since we only have the info that he has Insomnia but not how severely.

@@gamingwithash6671 She was his childhood friend when he was 8 and she was 12, and they did never again meet after that in order to speak to each other. She was his fiancé because, guess what, arranged marriages happen a lot in royalty. She was not his fiancé because he loved her so much and wanted to marry her. That never happened. She died and that was that. He moved on, he had to. But when Prompto got kidnapped, Noctis was full on freaking out in a rage fit, emotionally. He wasn't just sad or crying like when Luna died, he was actually enraged, too. Like he wanted to get to Prompto badly, and I feel that that was way more obvious than any of his emotions Luna might have caused. I can't even name any. Because they never interacted and he seemed to just not care cuz how could he? They had no connection other than a notebook from their CHILDHOOD. And even as adult, Noctis never once seemed in love or love-stricken or love sick. He didn't even seem to miss her, he didn't even want to be TALKING about him marrying her, when the guys mentioned it.

@@djw_tekken8490 it's from a old build of the games back when it was under Nomura alot was scrapped, changed, moved and undone sadly we will. Never get to play his vision of this game.
