For stuffing:
Besan flour/ senagapindi- 2 tbsp
Ajwain/vaamu - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Mix above three ingredients and fill the mirchi with this stuffing.
Now for batter:
Besan flour - 1 cup
Salt - as per taste
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Eating soda - 1/4 tsp
Water - for thick consistency
Mix all to form a thick batter and dip the stuffed mirchi into batter and deep fry in oil
For topping:
Finely chopped onion - 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Lemon - 1
